Get Zoltan's HiTIDE UI daily tests running again. I think it was running here, right?

It may be running in testrails too. or should be.

It's still running daily in Jenkins but failing.

Can this be moved to Github Actions?

Should run Daily and report results to podaac-tva Slack channel

Some collections will probably fail, that's ok for this ticket.
