Describe the bug

I installed PortlalFooter by direct spkg download, created list for links manually and it got to work but looks weird.

  1. Its height is big 2. Collapse button is shown on new line and icon is not visible.

Do I need anything else to make it working as expected?

To look like on webpart promo page

Steps to Reproduce

Download spkg and upload to appcatalog, install on HubSite by adding app from UI, create links list
