PropertyFieldTermPicker: Option to select items marked DisabledForTagging

Hi,

I want to use the PropertyFieldTermPicker in my webpart similar to how it is used when selecting an AnchorId in a Taxonomy field.
That is I will mostly select the Parent of the terms that are taggable, rather than the terms themselves.

I would therefore like an option to actually be able to select items which are DisabledForTagging.
Something like hideTagsNotAvailableForTagging, where the default is true but I can change it to false.
