Modified Rotations in presentation controls

The feature that i want to propose is related to handling rotations. One is auto rotation on both Azimuth and Polar angles and another is to limit this rotation to a specific threshold; a min and a max value of the current rotation both in polar and azimuth rotations, since these are PresentationControls, i think there should be more fine grained control on the rotations to better present a model.
