这不是一个Issue而是一个Discussion。

想讨论一下有没有必要增加让程序可以充当键盘启动器，可以通过快捷键快速启动某个指定程序的功能，比方说：

  • CapsLock+C可以启动计算器（Calculator）
  • CapsLock+N可以启动记事本（Notepad）
