Currently, NineChronicles.EthBridge treats all NCG transfers to it are swap requests (except specific senders'). I think that allowing traditional transferring also would be useful, considering the custodial bridge's nature.

I guess we can leverage ITransferAssetV1.Memo field, as like as swapping.
