[Polish] Make sure roaming Favorites works

Actually, scratch roaming favorites, at least for v1.0. There was no real groundwork done here, and that system would need a pretty hefty rework to work at all well.

Did make the rest of the settings roam properly, but let's push Roamed Favorites back to 1.2.

Another todo for 1.2:

Don't roam start/end locations. A user's desktop computer never moves, and might have a different default start than, say, a mobile device. The only thing we should roam are favorites, and maybe walk settings.
