Instead of injecting individual values into the style.css we could inject the complete css-Code. We would load the css from a configuration css that would be shipped with the current defaults. If someone wants to change the css, without recompiling, this would make it possible. And also, quite a few issues could be closed by this (#105, #97, #113, #76).
