glottocodes are more granular than ISO 639-3 codes, so it is expected that sometimes the same ISO will map to more than one glottocode. Is the issue that the mapping is wrong? A quick glance at glottolog suggests maybe:
Glottolog updates regularly and takes into account changes in ISO 639-3 and whatever new information about languages in general that's been published or noted as incorrect by scholars. We should probably do a full check of all codes for the current version.
