Running SpExampleBrowser open in current Pharo 13 ends in error and does not open.

It does not work since Pharo13.0-SNAPSHOT.build.300.sha.3f903ccbe3.arch.64bit
It works fine in Pharo13.0-SNAPSHOT.build.299.sha.72a82ad359.arch.64bit
So the issue comes from a change between these 2 builds (pharo-project/pharo@3f903cc).

Tested on Windows 11.
Also works in Pharo 12.
