Cannot create property in entity #176

When entity is under a folder, the request URL failed to include the folder name and failed.

test: box name
temp: folder name
db: OData name

"Resource not found. [https://xxx.com/test/db/$metadata/Property]."

The following function does not take folder into consideration.
https://github.com/personium/app-uc-unit-manager/blob/master/src/html/js/entityTypeProperty.js#L554
