Use mean times from access-om2.out and ice_diag.d #2

Mean timers from access-om2.out are more stable than those from ocean/logfile.000000.out because they are aggregated across MPI ranks. Similarly, the mean values from ice/ice_diag.d are more stable than the headline value.
