In the case of [175.040816, -41.136851 ] we are assigning 85773067 for neighbourhood when 85772991 also matches and is the correct neighbourhood.
What is the current logic for selecting which of these two parents to return? Is it arbitrary or is there some reason one is selected and not the other?
In this specific case, the address is very close to the border of 85773067 and more centrally located within 85772991.
Would it make more sense, in this case, to measure the relative distances from the input point to the nearest border and then use the one which is farther away from the boundary?
