We don't need to include the Unitary state of United Kingdom in GBR labels, they only need to have the country name such as England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland as per our other labels.

Ideally that first result should be:

{name} {borough} {locality} {macroregion}
Hackney City Farm, Hackney, London, England

Rural places may need to use a slightly different scheme:

{name} {locality} {county} {macroregion}
Stonehenge, Amesbury, Wiltshire, England
