Searching for a location on the map feature when submitting a report.

It's difficult to drop pins in places on our map that aren't listed on the drop-down menu.

When I search "Quba," I end up in New Zealand.

I can go in and manually move that pin to Quba, Azerbaijan.

But after I submit my report, I still get an error message.

After getting this error message, I wrote "Quba, Azerbaijan" in the location name field, and submitted the form. The page reloaded and didn't submit anything. Not sure what's happening there.
