Wouldn't some sbt command examples be nice on READ.md?

First of all, thanks for the great example!
It is very helpful.

As a beginner to sbt, I think some sbt command example would be even more helpful
if I can find them on the README.md expecially when I need, for example, to compile only one of the subproject.

Regarding your suggestion, although that's not the main goal of the repository (and the related blog post), it would definitely be a nice to have. I'll keep the issue open as a reminder of this potential enhancement.
