Using paging, getting the current targeted page on scroll end #54

I think it would be very helpful to be able to return the current object in the NOOP callback when the page settles. Scrolling to object and finished scrolling to object would allow a lot of features and I was wondering if anyone had a way of keeping track of this targeted object, or whether anyone else was interested in that functionality.
