Roles/groups/actions associations import/export

It would be helpful to have the following possibilities:

1. Import roles/groups/actions associations for the given subsystem in some 
format and then export this data on another Superlfy instance
2. The same, but for all subsystems
3. Maybe, vice versa, constrain to only some roles or even groups
4. Ability to import such data as both an upload and textarea via UI
5. CSV may be employed so associations could be authored using a spreadsheet 
application
