Hello!

I'm trying to decode a string and get an UUID:

(new ShortUuid())->decode($mystring);

When $mystring's length is more than 22, I got an exception Ramsey\\Uuid\\Exception\\InvalidUuidStringException(code: 0): Invalid UUID string.

Am I right, max string length to be decoded is 22? Didn't found that in docs.
