[bug] particle library create fails due to istextorbinary package #455

Get error when I try to create a new library with the current version of particle-cli. Complains about istextorbinary.

→ particle library create
There were no suitable editions for package [/home/ngenetzky/.particle/node_modules/istextorbinary/package.json]

→ cat ~/.particle/node_modules/istextorbinary/package.json | jq ._spec
"istextorbinary@^2.1.0"
