Not sure if it's only new versions of SimpleIDE, or the PropGCC, or Windows 10, or what. But it seems pretty thoroughly busted. The best thing may be to provide a version of PropWare which is compiled with the PropGCC version shipped with SimpleIDE. That ought to provide binary compatibility between SimpleIDE and PropWare's libraries - hopefully solving this bug.
