Support to documentation webpage

I was unable to find anything related to it, but is there any webpage for the documentation such as: https://petstore.swagger.io/

There's work ongoing on PR#228 to add that.
Currently, you can do it yourself by adding the swagger ui html to your repo, eg I do it like this here: https://github.com/openebs/mayastor-control-plane/blob/develop/control-plane/rest/service/src/v0/swagger_ui.rs and so you configure it as if it were another endpoint (well, it is).
