Issue with Fixed Nav-Bar (with recent version of Bootstrap) #6

Recently I cloned Landy's repo and proceeded to use bower to manage dependencies:

"dependencies": {
  "bootstrap": "~3.3.4",
  "animatescroll": "~1.0.7",
  "animate.css": "~3.2.4"
}

Unfortunately I found out that

Newer version of bootstrap.css have issues with the fixed nav-bar
Landy's bootstrap.css doesn't support form-group-SIZE class
