[Design Note] In-app community/store

The idea is to make an all-in-one place for users, developers to share, discuss ideas, libs and programs, users can download and play an program by just one click, users can also install, uninstall a lib to the local project. The existing Discord server and GitHub community do part of it already, but an in-app explorer would be more ready-to-use.

As a user, I wish to interact via network to:

• Open the community tab in-app by clicking from the menu bar or pressing the shortcut.
• Switch community categories.
• View and navigate through all the items under a category.
• Read and comment to an item.
• Download and play a game program directly.
• Download an item's content program, vote, share, star, fork the item.
• Subscribe to an item to get its update automatically, as well as unsubscribe.

In addition, as a developer, I wish to:

• Publish an community item to the server.
• Manage the item's detail, content program, reply to comments etc.
