UI Bug, character deletion during search only removes last character #739

maccy-bug_compr.mp4

Buggy character deletion, it deletes from last most character instead of where the cursor is, meanwhile it inserts at the position wherever the cursor is present.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. use shortcut to open maccy
  2. type anything
  3. relocate cursor to middle of search string
  4. press delete
