Deleting un-uploaded Upload causes error #1

MassUpload assumes, in _tick(), that the Upload we're deleting has a fileInfo.

Possible solutions:

  • Delete un-uploaded Uploads synchronously; OR
  • Skip to the callback when deleting un-uploaded Uploads, in MassUpload.coffee
