The app reinstalls itself after uninstalling #1181

Some time ago I decided to migrate to Telegram Desktop. After switching to it, I decided to delete the swift client.

The issue is, it came back to my Applications folder under Telegram/Telegram.app after deletion.

Tried to uninstall it multiple times, but it reappearing. Could you provide some instructions on how to remove this client off my system, please?
