Actual behaviour
Timestamps are not highlighted as links for audio files (~~maybe for video as well, didn't check~~)

This feature was introduced in 2019
https://telegram.org/blog/silent-messages-slow-mode#timestamps-and-improved-scrubbing

Expected behaviour
Timestamps are highlighted as links. Like it is in Telegram Desktop (or in iOS client)
