engagements/2023/jquery/README.md: Claims annual report contains December 2023 update

The README file about the jQuery engagement contains an "Annual Report" section which reads:

The OpenSSF Annual Report includes a summary of the year's activities and accomplishments for all projects, including jQuery. The monthly update for December 2023 has been rolled into the annual report.

I cannot see such an update in the 2023 annual report. Which I would consider a good thing, as I do not think an annual report is a proper place to publish monthly updates.
