First time trying to install and run on windows 11.

Steps done to try to install.

extracted files from zip to C: drive inside downloads folder.
navigated to llama_index_pq
opened one_click_install
error

specs
windows 11
amd ryzen 9 7700series
32gb ram
4060 gpu
