Include note about build step in documentation

Hey y'all!

I would like to add a note about the necessity of running the build script in order to get started with development - especially in @inlang/sdk-js but @ivanhofer told me that you basically need to do it everywhere.

How about we add a "Development" section to the base docs and link to that section from the packages README's ?

If you run npm run dev from the root of the repo, you don't have to do anything else.

The root npm run dev script depends on build, see https://github.com/inlang/inlang/blob/main/turbo.json#L8. I planned to circumvent the build requirements in the repo. Your discussion is giving me the incentive to do so today. See issue #545

Hmm - The thing is currently I am running npm run test:watch -w @inlang/sdk-js... Does that do the same? As a lot of the sdk-js work is also just happening in unit-tests

Yes, it imports the dependencies that are not compiled. #545 should fix it for tests as well

Won't be fixed. Not compiling leads to too many issues. So yes, anyone must run build before.
