Use ChatGPT to automatically write the config

Proposal

Reach our objective of a mind-blowing getting started experience by leveraging ChatGPT.

• The hen and egg problem is solved. Everyone could just open a repository in the editor. We don't need to convince maintainers. Contributors can simply contribute to repositories.
• The getting started experience will be mindblowing.
  Either open the editor directly, or write inlang config init in the CLI. Boom done. We don't even need to write extensive documentation.

Notes on an implementation:

1. We need validate config  #309 to know for ourselves and inform ChatGPT whether the config works.
2. The init function of the CLI must be importable by the editor.
