batch machine translate messages

Problem

Manually creating machine translations for every language is tedious. A batch translation feature would help.

Additional information

We need to be able to flag messages as machine translated to indicate to translators that they need to be reviewed. That could be achieved via commit messages.

Maybe we should think of adding some metadata files in a .inlang folder.
Use cases:

• tell what messages need to be reviewed
• general status what strings where machine translated
• cache lint results (RFC @inlang/core/lint #351 (comment))
• storing comments (support for description on messages #341)
• storing images (For translators: generate app screenshots for additional context #171)

Yep, as explained in the referenced discussion, how to store additional data is a core question of the next git.

For now, leveraging commit messages in a similar fashion like GitHub leverages them e.g. auto closing issues etc. seems to be an interesting and simple path to take without requiring an answer to the question of how to store additional data.
