squash commits when clicking "push changes"

Problem

Doing multiple changes in the editor will bloat up the commit history

Proposal

Squash all commits before pushing them

Totally agree! For now, a workaround for forks (#137) is to squash pull requests.

With the support of branches (#166), the squash pull request workaround works for regular repositories too. We can't replicate squash merging directly in the editor because we have no rebasing possibility right now.
