get version of plugins with cli

I have encountered this problem multiple times where I needed to identify the version that the plugin link refers to.

Proposal

npx @inlang/cli@latest plugins -v

output something like:

json-plugin 3.0.9
standard-lint-rules 3.0.1

Would be very handy. I don't know how hard this is.

We currently do not have a plugin command and I think this could be added – but probably in a bigger scope:

• config update -> plugins update
• plugins version
• plugins add standard-lint-rules

Additionally, I'm not sure if either singular plugin or plugins make sense long term.
Moving this to a discussion and let people vote on / see how it involves with other issues or bug reports.
