New Translations - Config

Hi Translators!

I've just just merged PR #4224 which adds translations to some config options.

This allows you to set language-specific defaults for:

• $attribution_intro - Message to start a reply, 'On DATE, PERSON wrote:'
  On %d, %n wrote:

• $compose_format - printf-like format string for the Compose panel's status bar
  -- NeoMutt: Compose [Approx. msg size: %l Atts: %a]%>-

• $forward_attribution_intro - Prefix message for forwarded messages
  ----- Forwarded message from %f -----

• $forward_attribution_trailer - Suffix message for forwarded messages
  ----- End forwarded message -----

• $reply_regex - Regex to match message reply subjects like 're: '
  ^((re)(\\[[0-9]+\\])*:[ \t]*)*

• $status_format - printf-like format string for the index's status line
  -%r-NeoMutt: %D [Msgs:%<M?%M/>%m%<n? New:%n>%<o? Old:%o>%<d? Del:%d>%<F? Flag:%F>%<t? Tag:%t>%<p? Post:%p>%<b? Inc:%b>%<l? %l>]---(%<T?%T/>%s/%S)-%>-(%P)---

• $ts_icon_format - printf-like format string for the terminal's icon title
  M%<n?AIL&ail>

• $ts_status_format - printf-like format string for the terminal's status (window title)
  NeoMutt with %<m?%m messages&no messages>%<n? [%n NEW]>
