It depends on the specific app you're using. Most code editors, like Visual Studio Code or Atom, do show line numbers by default. For example, in Visual Studio Code, you can see line numbers on the left side of the editor. If it's not showing up, you can toggle it on by clicking on the right-bottom corner where it says "Ln" (Line Number). Same goes for other editors; they usually have an option in the settings to display line numbers. |

Hi, when editing a file from the app, it would be possible to see in the editor how many lines there are and which line we are in, as happens when we edit the file online on github.
I'm talking about the github android app.
