No way to delete its payment method

I looked everywhere, but I couldn't find any way of finding her payment method.
Did I miss this feature?

Generally speaking, I don't like leaving my payment details on third-party sites.
It should be possible not to register your payment method on GitHub and to delete it if you wish.
I think that this provision is contrary to the European RGPD, which advocates free choice for users regarding payment data.
