Executing the curl -OJL https://github.com/rails/sprockets/pull/791.patch command, I endup with the "791.patch" file downloaded. However, it would be more convenient, if GH provided Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="filename.jpg" header, which is used by curl, where the filename could be something such as sanitized PR subject, in this case Fix-Minitest-constant-name-in-tests.patch
