Updated title of the PR is not reflected in merge pane

• Create PR with some title;
• Update PR's title;
• Click the merge button;
• Check what text is present in the textarea that holds a commit's message body (but not a commit's message title)

AR: #ff0000 The old PR's title is there;
ER: #00ff00 The updated PR's title should be there.
