The "Open PR" option in Sync Fork is by default set to have the upstream repo as the upstream and the fork to be the head, which means that we are opening a PR to the upstream, requesting that the owners of that repo to merge changes from our fork.
It should be the opposite (fork as the upstream of PR and the upstream repo as the head of PR).
