Unresolving a conversation in a PR clears the comment field

When you're in a PR with a review comment that has been resolved, one can add a comment to the conversation or one can unresolve it. If a comment is typed but not sent yet and then the conversation is unresolved, the comment is cleared. This just happened to me and took me by surprise a bit.

In my opinion, it would be more user-friendly if the Unresolve button did its thing without modifying any input states. Alternatively, there could be a Comment and unresolve button, similar to the Comment and close button under issues.

Thanks for building such a great tool! This is the first time I can remember that GitHub ever did something that I didn't expect. That's a great achievement, as far as I'm concerned!
