We are not able to rebase and merge the PR. Getting error.
This branch cannot be rebased due to too many changes

I have only one commit and single line of code change.

Our current Pr are blocked and we don't have 1000 commits. So maybe there is a bug?

Yes, tried all the above already, but same error.

Yes... nothing more that can be done.

I would suggest contacting GitHub support and reporting this as a bug. There is a set of procedures you can follow here. As previously said, many people are facing this issue so GitHub may prioritise responding to this issue.
