Cannot get git authentication work after applied a new phone

I felt asleep when watch tv in tub and my phone fall into water. So, i quickly purchased another one. But, authentication app for git account cannot log in with the same login account and same sim card. Can you please tell me how to make my phone work?
PS:

1. my old phone still can turn on and so i have to bring 2 phones to work and get authentication pass when i login git. It shares internet access with my new phone and i don't know when my old one ends its life.
2. I had create the git account by scan the bar code from my old phone into new phone. It seems the number it generates not the same as old one and not able to help me pass git login.
