Where do confirmation IDs get sent in the Mobile app?

Today I wanted to delete a repo. I got into the repo, Settings, then went to the area to delete the repo. That presented me with a page that said it had sent an ID to my GitHub Mobile app, or I was to enter it (I'm not sure which). Anyway, I opened the GitHub Mobile app. I went to Home, Notifications, Explore and Profile. I didn't see anything about where I was supposed to enter anything or read anything. Wherever it is, it isn't discoverable.

What in heck am I supposed to do with the GitHub Mobile app when I'm doing something like deleting a repo?

You should receive a push notification in your device to confirm the operation, so you shouldn't need to go to any particular screen within the app. Are you using Android or iOS? Could you share details about the version of the app, OS, device model, etc.?
