Add a new input type (tag) to workflow_dispatch event. This tag should take values from published tags on GitHub and make it available to users while triggering workflow manually.

Problem statement:

Github has tags information available in its context and it would be great to make it available to users in workflow_dispatch workflow via a new input type (say tag).

This will allow users to pick it directly from a list of available tags for deploying a specific version on dev, test or prod environment while triggering it manually instead of having to copy paste it from UI.

A potential solution

Specify as below using new type: tag.

imageTag:
    description: 'Docker image tag'
    required: true
    type: tag

Pick the tag similar to picking it as a option type; with a slight difference that this input field should behave more like a UI search field where user can either pick a value from list of available values (say latest 5 or 10 tags) or give user a option to enter it as a string input.
