Running "/doc" gets a reasonable comment with javadoc tags, running "/doc without javadoc tags" gets a useless comment without javadoc tags

In a Java test class, I highlighted a test function, and in the chat window I entered "/doc" and pressed Enter. It gave me a reasonable comment describing the test function, along with a "@throws Exception" javadoc tag. I then tried entering "/doc without javadoc tags". Instead of simply giving me the same comment without the javadoc tag, it gave me a useless comment ("This is a test case, denoted by the @test annotation."). This was prefaced by "as you requested to exclude JavaDoc tags:".
