Hi everyone,
My education verification was approved three days ago, but I have not received any emails about my benefits, and my benifits are never available after the verification. Is there any further steps I need to do? Q&A said "We aim to provide you with your educational benefits within 3 days of this approval status." and now it is not the start of the new term...
