We have a GitHub organization, and when we list all repositories via the API, repositories that have been deleted are returned. We can also call to get specific repos directly, and the get endpoint will return the repo. There does not appear to be any metadata to indicate that the repo is actually deleted: no tags, deleted_at field, etc. There also does not appear to be a way to excluded deleted repos when listing all org repos. Are we doing something wrong, or is this a limitation of the API?
