I am having the same problem right now. I just got a warning that it has expired and I cannot continue. |

I am still keeping an eye on this issue, as I still cannot use Copilot properly. I have been purchasing Github Copilot for nearly two years and have been strongly recommending its effectiveness to my friends. To my surprise, what I got was such a service, with unexplained bans and unusually long waiting times, which is truly disappointing. |

My Copilot account was accidentally banned on May 15th due to an invalid token (code 403). Following the instructions, I submitted a support ticket and received the first response. I immediately replied to the support staff.
After that, there was a long wait of 3 weeks, and so far, there has been no response. This seems a bit too long for a simple account ban issue.
I have seen some similar cases about the banning of free student accounts for Copilot in the Discussion. However, I am a paying individual, and such a long processing time for the ticket is equivalent to indefinitely consuming my payment. My work has also been affected.
As a commercial paid service, I believe that Support should give me a response about this matter no matter what.
The ticket number is #2784486. Copilot has been very helpful in my work, and I hope to have it processed as soon as possible.
